FAQ
How do you ship your packages?
All orders are shipped securely through Xpresspost Shipping via Canada post or
Canpar.
Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada.
Do you offer pickup?
No, all orders are online only.
How long does shipping take?
Once we’ve received your order it will take 24-48hrs to ship your product. You will
receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Delivery in Canada can be
1-4 business days to most major cities. If you live in rural area it could be an extra day.
We use Canada Post Xpresspost or Canpar for delivery service.
Tracking Number is not working?
It may take up to 24 hrs for tracking numbers to be updated in the carrier’s respective
systems. If you encounter issues after 48 hour, please send us an email
support@quantumhelix.ca.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders under $250 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $30. If your order is above
$250 shipping will be free. Subtotal must be $250+ after the use of any coupons or
discounts.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Ontario, Canada.
Can I change my order after I’ve paid?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. However, if your original order
hasn't shipped yet, we’re happy to help you save on shipping! Please place a new order for the additional items and email us both order numbers. We will combine your
shipments and refund the second shipping fee. Please note that if your initial order has
already been processed for shipping, standard shipping rates will apply to the new
order.
How do points work?
Earn 2 points for every dollar spent- Redeem $5 dollars for every 150 points.
Who can purchase peptides?
Residents of Canada above the age of 19+ can purchase from our website.
Is bacteriostatic water required?
Yes, all peptides ship in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic
water prior to use. Bacteriostatic water is sold separately. Please do not attempt to
reconstitute our products with underground or off brand bacteriostatic water.
How can I verify peptide quality?
Our peptides are tested for purity using HPLC ( High Performance Liquid
Chromatogrpahy). Each batch is verified by an independent third party laboratory, and a
certificate of analysis (COA) is available on our website so you can review he results
and confirm quality.
What’s the shelf life of peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides typically remain stable for up to 2 years when stored
properly in a freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and
generally used within 30 to 45 days for best stability.
Are peptides legal in Canada?
Peptides intended for research purposes are legal in Canada. Sellers must clearly
indicate that the peptides are for laboratory or research use. Proper labeling is essential
to comply with Canadian regulatory standards.
