All products sold by Quantum Helix are intended strictly for laboratory research,
analytical, and scientific purposes only.

These products are not intended for human or animal consumption and must not be

Quantum Helix sells its products solely as a chemical supplier for research
purposes.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and

Products sold by Quantum Helix are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or

Purchaser Certification

By purchasing from Quantum Helix, the buyer certifies that:

  • They understand that the products sold by Quantum Helix are not approved for
    human or veterinary use
  • They are qualified and knowledgeable researchers or affiliated with a
    research institution or laboratory
    They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the
    purchase, handling, storage, and use of these materials

The buyer further agrees not to use these products for human consumption or any
prohibited purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Quantum Helix shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential, arising from the misuse or improper handling of its
products.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of
the materials purchased.

Products sold by Quantum Helix may not be used for:

Shipping and Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped in accordance with Quantum Helix shipping policies.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to
the purchaser.

Quantum Helix is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping
carriers.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final unless the product
arrives damaged or defective.
Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Quantum Helix website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and
product descriptions, is the property of Quantum Helix and may not be copied,
reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws

facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic
Act.
